Job Summary:
Skilled finance professional with excellent communication skills, proactive in finance optimization procedures and cost control. Focused on value, company objectives and strategic planning to contribute to the company's performance, growth and profitability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions).
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in financial analysis and accounting
- Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
