Job Description
Position Summary:
- Leading & Enabling role : Successful delivery of Projects assigned by office using Project Management Framework.
- Identification of Process efficiency/Continual Improvement opportunities through efficacy check across organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Planning, Implementation, and tracking of Projects
- Define the project charter ( Business Case/Scope/ Benefits/ Measure of success/Key Milestones/Core team etc.)
- Determine & alignment of the resources (time, money, people etc) required to complete the project
- Create a detailed work plan/Work break down structure
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders
- Execute the project according to the project plan
- Liasoning with the internal stakeholders
- Maintaining Project documentation
- Supporting in the coordination of project team meetings
- Preparing project management reports
- Tracking and reporting project progress
- Data Analytics
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA Preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- 2 yr experience in Project Management.
- Insurance industry preferred
Key Technical Competencies
- MS Excel, Power Point Presentation
