Outbound Sales Process (Voice Process)

NOTE: Fluent communication in English is mandatory.

Work Location: Gurgaon Sector 44, 6 days working with 1 rotational week-off (Sunday might be working), Work From Office.

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship and prompt

and courteous service.

2) Assisting customers with questions & needs.

3) Cultivating successful relationships with customers.

4) Completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner.

5) Handling high call volume.

6) Identifying customer requirements and assisting customers with purchase decisions.

7) Excellent Communication Skill
