Responsibility
Preparing Job Description and update.
Use various available resources online and offline (Job Portals and social media) for potential candidates
Sending Recruitment email
Shortlisting of applications and resumes
Line-Up & Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Coordinate with Hiring Manager or Hiring Executive
Requirements
Experienced as an HR Recruiter (proven track record) (Specifically for BPO Industry).
1-2 Years of Experience for Domestic and International BPO Recruitment is mandatory
Acquaintance and how to deal with resume data base and applicant tracking system
Well Versed with how to source techniques.
Good communication skills (Verbal and written)
Evaluation perception and method must be very good.
