TRoles and Responsibilities
- Generate Business
- Advisor Activation.
- Partners with advisor to ensure adherence to performance standards.
- Recruit and develop quality Advisor.
- Manage and Develop the channel network to promote insurance.
Recruit
- The primary role is to drive quality recruitment of Life Advisors and build up the agency business.
Coach:
- Develop Life Advisors to make them self dependent by setting goals for them, conducting reviews and assisting them in their career path with Kotak Life Insurance.
Leader:
- Drive sales for the company through their team of life advisors, motivate their team and lead them in meeting the goals set forth by the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
- The candidate must be a graduate
- Must have minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Must be between 24-40 years of age
