We re looking for a Manager for Functional Analytics team who is passionate and motivated to make an impact in creating robust scalable analytical applications, data-pipelines drive resilient solutions. As an technical evangelist you will be able to incubate and experiment newer technologies and platforms to demonstrate value of the data and enable data consumptions at scale with agility.
You will be partnering with several stake holders enabling them perform self-service analytics to assess several key metrics and optimize Power, Performance and Area for SoC. This position involves, leading a small team developing data-bound analytics with Big Data, NoSQL, Tableau/Power BI, Python technology stack. Successful candidates will have strong engineering skills and communication. You will need to have a passion for quality and an ability to understand complex systems. You will be working on building Common Data Platforms socialize with Engineering and partner with them enabling Self Service Analytics for PPA optimization. You will be responsible for operational health of our applications, data-pipelines and contribute towards overall operational activities. Key Qualifications Responsibilities Overall 15 years of experience including minimum of 5 years of management experience leading a team of analytics experts.
Hands on manager who likes fixing complex performance and scale problems. Should be adept at prioritizing multiple issues in a high pressure environment Ability to conduct performance analysis and fix large scale distributed systems Experience with ETL/ELT, Informatica, Big data technologies.
Expertise in Python programming and building data-pipelines in Python. Proficiency with Datawarehouse and database platforms like. Experience working with cross functional teams across IT. Experience with large scale data warehousing, mining or analytic systems. Ability to work with customers to gather requirements and translate them to development requirements
Knowledge of Reporting tools including Tableau, Thought Spot, Power BI etc. Hands on experience with track record of analysis, design, Prototype, develop, deploy Data and BI solutions in complex corporate IT platforms Strong working knowledge of NoSQL and Relational databases.
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies. People management - Inspire, motivate, coach team, take care of performance management of team and efficiently resolve conflicts. Desire to be involved in multiple diverse and innovative projects. Experience leading a highly technical team Knowledge of SoC development process is desirable. Education Experience Bachelor s degree is required, preferably in Computer Science. 15 years of experience in IT including 5 years of People Management experience.
