Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Support processes in SAP SD / Logistics / Supply Chain Execution areas for Reliance manufacturing sites / warehouses of Hydrocarbon businesses.
• Analyse L1 operational issues logged by end users and provide resolution within agreed SLA timelines.
• Ability to engage with customers.
• Provide support for authorisation issues.
• Carry out root cause analysis of recurring issues and coordinate with project/development teams for necessary corrections.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions from project /development for better understanding of configured processes.
• Involvement in Go-live support for rolled-out processes across various sites.
• Should be able to deliver as an individual and perform equally well as a team player.

Skills Required (Experience, Knowledge and Skills)

• 1 to 2 years experience in supporting SAP Logistics ( TPVS, EWM, LE, Transportation) / SD module preferably with engineering background (B. Tech /B.E).
• Must possess good understanding of SD/ Logistics processes / configuration along with integration with MM, finance and production.
• Should be well versed with the business processes in the Logistics domain.
• Should possess good communication and inter-personal skills.
