Job Description

Analyze & identify specific training need for a given project / segment. Undertake operations planning for various service offerings like ACC, Education Delivery, Workshops, and Infosys Extension Programs. Define course objectives; modules and deliverables, define prerequisites; estimates training time (preparation & Delivery); identify the mode of delivery; identify suggested reference in order to ensure course design meets the set objectives. Plan the development and updation of existing or new courses develops courseware artifacts; provide SME support for E-Learning content development; improves course material on the basis of feedback in order to meet the course design objectives. Plan and conduct Train the Trainer Program for the courses in order to ensure requisite support and training for faculty Development. Undertake planning for course delivery - customizes artifacts; plans and conducts activities to facilitate learning; deliver classroom sessions and hands on sessions / group practice in order to ensure effective course delivery Enhance the course delivery based on the feedback received in order to improve course effectiveness. Develop and maintain internal systems like ETA Certification Portal, as assigned / as required, in order to facilitate the smooth functioning of the ETA activities. Interact with vendors to evaluate and leverage their services. Create and Reviews question banks / assessment instruments for various proficiency levels in a given competency. Schedule and evaluate assessments; give feedback; grade participants, review scores; upload in the system; provide clarifications wherever required, resolve or escalate issues in order to ensure accurate assessments.
