Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and follow up on internal and external training programs.
Communicate effectively with trainers, participants, and vendors to ensure smooth training delivery.
Create and share training-related communication (emails, schedules, feedback forms).
Collect and analyze training feedback; generate improvement reports.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, calling, scheduling, follow-ups).
Support HR operations like documentation, data management, reports and presentations.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or a related field
