Job Description

Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1 year +

WEB REQUIREMENTS:

• Creating web site designs
• Keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments
• Developing skills and expertise in appropriate software
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Experience in Graphic and Web designing.
• Understand the target audience and the concept for the website design/development project.
• Design the layout, color scheme, and content for the Website.
• Experience in responsive web designing and rich internet applications.
• Experience in designing interacting web applications.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, advertisements, multimedia design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print & web

GRAPHICS REQUIREMENT:

• Should be proficient in designing software like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite), Video creation/editing software, etc.
• Good design sense for websites, online and offline marketing
• Ability to create hand-drawn layouts/sketches/wireframes quickly for discussion
• Candidates must have a solid understanding of design principles, careful attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment
• Bachelors in Arts, Graphic design or related field

Responsibilities

• Planning concepts basis brief by studying relevant information & research
• Create & design various materials for print & digital collateral
• Test graphics across various media
• Review final layouts & suggest improvements when necessary
• Design & manage production for websites, infographics, social media graphics, static & rich banner ads
• Ensure final graphics & layouts are visually appealing & on-brand
• Coordinating with outside agencies, web designers, marketing, printers & colleagues as necessary
