Job Description

• Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis and prioritize training.
• Assist department HODs in identifying training needs identified in performance appraisals.
• Conduct discussions with Department HODs to understand training requirements (mandatory trainings, technical, domain, behavioural training).
• Assist HOD in preparing yearly training budget requirements along with track budget spend versus plan and take corrective actions if required.
• Assist HOD in designing training content, module and modality.
• Assist HOD in developing and designing the competency framework and dictionary and analysing the Individual Gap Analysis (IGA).
• Plan roll out of programs including timelines, target audience and location.
• Assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme.
• Review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
• Answering training related issues and provide high quality customer service across the organisation.
• To record and collate training MIS to demonstrate progress of department and individuals skills as well as Organizational goals and objectives.
