Designation / Position: Relationship Manager / Digital Sales Executive

Qualification - UG/Grad

Experience - 0.6-6 Years in BPO/Voice

Age Bracket:18-30 age

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners(preferable)

Job Role - 

• Excellent communication (Written & Verbal) skills in English and flexibility with shifts if looking for International Process
• Good command over English and Hindi if looking for Domestic Process.
• Interact by phone with outside parties to solicit orders for goods or services, request donations, make appointments, collect information or conduct follow-up. 
• Contact businesses or private individuals by phone.
• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or make a donation 
• Describe products and services 
•  Respond to questions
• Identify and overcome objections 
• Obtain customer information 
• Obtain possible customer leads 
• Maintain customer/potential customer data bases 
• Follow up on initial contacts 
• Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts 

Job specification

Working Days:5 days/6 Days a Week (Full Time Job).
Work Timing: Day/US/UK/Australian/rotational
Job Location: Bangalore
Salary Offered: Between 2.0 lac 4lac pa (Depends on the experience, performance & competency level of the candidates).
