ROLE :

Provide technical support to clients by diagnosing the issues faced at site

 RESPONSIBILITIES :

• 1. Gain complete knowledge of the product features and usage
• 2. Analyse, trouble shoot, debug and fix client issues
• 3. Manage Patch, release, Build and deployment of bug fix
• 4. Design and develop tools for automating bug tracing, backup, back end configuration
• 5. Follow established processes for incident management and ensure service level agreements (SLA) are met in timely manner with respect to severity

• 4. Excellent debugging skills
