Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the full hiring cycle- requirement gathering, souring, pre-screening scheduling, and coordinating for interviews.

Screening resume & end to end recruitment.

Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

Following up on the interviews process status.

Make tracker- sheets on regular basis for proper records.

Required skills

Well-versed in candidate handling.

Must have knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Must be target-oriented.

Excellent Writing Skills & Communication (English)

Good Communication Skills
