Customer Care Representative - SYS-289

  • Salary & Benefits
  • Minimum Fixed Annual Salary INR 3,25,000 + Exciting Incentives + Annual Company shares of 750 + Dividend on shares

  • Process: 100% voice based UK inbound Customer Service for Car Insurance. The candidate should be flexible to switch to chat/email based support per the requirement & should be comfortable to offer different products and services to the customer. Candidate should be comfortable in working from office as well as home.

    Advance Background check:- The applicant's profile would be verified for background ahead of joining and the offer letter would be a subject to a green BGV report.

    A current employment gap of more than 6 months would not be considered.

    Work From Home(WFH) readiness: A sound internet (Fibre Net) mandatory

    LAN connection (minimum 50 Mbps for uploads & downloads) with a separate noise free room to work from home as the agent may have to work from both office & home with prior notification. A good/steady internet connection Fibre Net preferred and mandatory LAN connection

    Mandatory 50 Mbps for upload and download and 300 gb plan must share Ookla speed test snapshot

    Sperate noise free room to Work from Home

    Laptop

    OS - Windows 10 pro Licensed
    MS - Office (Not Mandatory)
    Processor - i5 and above or if anyone wants to go with i3, it must be Gen8 and higher
    RAM - 4GB RAM and above
    Screen-size - 14 inch and above
    Good Anti-virus installed and up to date

    Start Date:- 01-Apr-2021(tentative) that may vary depending the circumstances.

    Shift Timings: UK Shift (Any 9 hrs shift in the work window between 6:00AM to 02:30AM India Time) The said timings may vary based on business requirements.

    Working Days: 5 Days a week with 2rotational offs

    Education & Experience required: Minimum 10+2 and must have at least 12 months experience in International Voice Campaign. UK calling experience is preferred. The applicant should not have a work gap more than 6 months from the date of application.

    Responsibilities

    Manage and resolve the inbound calls from our very important customers
    Thrive on being the best! Hands on training will be an ongoing part of your role to help you excel
    Ensure each and every customer receives the very best service
    You can expect to take a variety of interesting and difficult calls, some of which would include making various changes to our customers policies and answering some quite complex queries. It certainly wont be boring!
