Job Description

• Ability to drive sales targets of Home loan.
• Manage business for entire region.
• Sourcing business through aggregators like CAs, agents,DSA etc.
• Have interactions with bankers for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement.
• Be responsible for Team recruitment & managing the same.
• Proper coordination with HO for fulfillment of various leads provided from time to time.
• Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities.
• Manage PNL for the team and business.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidate should have 10 years experience in loans industry with min 3 years in leadership role
• Must have demonstrated ability to lead a team
• Should be handling business of 50 crores 250 crores pm
• Must have in-depth knowledge of the entire Marketing and Sales value chain

Looking for candidates with max 30 days notice period
