Job Description

We are looking for a Works Manager for our Cold Header Division of our Company.

The total number of Opening is ONE

The JD for the above position is:

Age: 40 Years

Qualification: BE/Diploma in mechanical Engineering

Job Location: Irrungattukottai, Sriperumpudur

Salary: INR 45000 60000 CTC per Month

Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in a Managerial role in an Engineering Factory.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in a managerial role within a factory that produces goods and parts from raw materials using such processes as Pressing, Cold Forming, Machining, Thermo-mechanical treatments etc. This must include some setting up of machinery and basic programming.

Sound knowledge of CNC machining & cold forming equipment and related knowledge of die design, development, setting & running machinery.

Developing, implementing streamline factory operations.

Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.

Develop and implement quality control processes.

Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.

Analysing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.

Preparing production reports and submitting them to Management.

Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.

Knowledge on statutory compliance of a factory.
