Job Description

Grade: M3 to AVP 1

Key Objective of the Job:

To source Home Loans / Loan against property / Lease Rental Discounting / LAP OD / Commercial property Purchase cases for BANKS for the assigned region & contribute to profitability of ISEC Mortgage business as per monthly targets set.

Major Deliverables:

• Acquire Retail Mortgage Loan clients for Home Loan / Loan against property / LRD / LAP OD / Commercial property Purchase products for BANKS and achieve Business Targets of Region through team.
• To identify and tie up with Builders / Chartered Accountants, Referrals and corporate business house for sourcing of Home Loans / LAP / LRD / LAP OD / Commercial property Purchase cases through team.
• Work closely and maintain synergy with various ISEC Verticals &  Direct Centres to generate mortgage leads and ensure the Mortgage Target achievement for these Verticals / Branches across Region.
• To communicate product & industry updates and organize product Trainings for all the verticals / branches.
• To work closely with  Bank Sales, Credit & Operations team to ensure smooth processing of Loan proposals across region.
• Responsible for Top line & bottom line revenue targets including bad debts with major focus on yield & COA.

Specialized job competencies:

• Highly result oriented & have handled large no. of transactions of Mortgage loans
• Excellent relationship & team building / management skills.
• Should be well versed with legal aspects of Land/Property ownership / documentation
• Should be well versed with Technical aspects pertaining to Residential & Commercial properties.
• Strong understanding of Financial Statements & should have handled HNI clients & high ticket Loans.
• MIS & Data management on market share & competition.

Educational Qualification:

• Any graduate / post-graduate
• Preference for Management graduate i.e. MBA, PGDM, etc.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 7 years Sales experience with at-least 5 years of Mortgage sales experience

Other desired attributes:

• Good communication & Computer skills with MIS.
• GRADE - MIII / AVP 1 
• CTC BUDGET - MIII- 7 LPA TO 10 LPA  / AVP 1 - 11 LPA TO 15 LPA
