Purpose of the Role:
Drive performance by implementing targeted Trade marketing strategies and activations in Pan India.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must hold a Masters's degree in Sales and Marketing
- 10 years of prior experience in Trade Marketing, Customer activation, and Strategic planning
- Proven experience in establishing Trade Marketing infrastructure in FMCG.
Key Deliverables of the Role
- Develop and implement Trade Marketing Strategy for the region to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories.
- Plan and Implement Key Initiatives for building channels as agreed during strategy plans. Responsible for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate takeaway.
- Segmenting the customer base and working closely with P&Ls to optimize channel strategies and maximize ROI
- Establish and maintain successful relationships with program venues, product distributors, top executives and decision-makers
- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget.
- Preparation of campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in establishing Trade Marketing infrastructure.
- Channel sales understanding URBAN RURAL GT MT Categorization
- Strong knowledge of consumer industry trends and insights
- Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
- Proficiency in Customer and secondary research
Reporting Relationships:
Shall report to Head RTM&TM, Corporate Office, Hyderabad.
