General Purpose of the Job:
- To anchor the recruitment activities.
- The incumbent will drive the Standardization & implementation of Recruitment Processes & initiatives all across.
- Ensure that the day-to-day operations with respect to the HR administration go on in a very smooth manner
- Build a cohesive team and develop them to take on greater responsibilities in the future.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Induction:
- Prepare HR budgeting for staff levels in co ordination with the HR Head.
- Ensure that right sources are in place to cater the needs
- Ensure proper data based management by keeping details of all those who have applied through various sources (walk-ins, portals, advertisement replies, referrals etc.) to use it from time to time to invite candidates for interviews
- Conducting first level interview for all staff level positions
- Ensure the technical team assesses the candidate as per the JD
- Handle details of salary fixation and negotiate for finalizing the final offer
- Ensure that the Fitness Test and Reference Checks are done before the joining.
- Ensure all the joining formalities are taken care of appropriately for all staff level, new entrants (Ensures that the joining kit with all the forms is handed over to new entrants).
- Issuing of Appointment Letters.
- Ensure that the personal files, the formats to be included in it, joining forms etc are in place using a standard checklist.
- Conduct HR sessions as a part of the induction for all the staff level new recruits to cover the HR policies.
- Coordinate for Manager level inductions by making sure HODS give the required time for induction
Issuing offers letters to candidates.
Ensure that the Fitness Test and Reference Checks are done before the joining.
Ensure all the joining formalities are taken care of appropriately for all staff level, new entrants (Ensures that the joining kit with all the forms is handed over to new entrants) and Issuing of Appointment Letters.
Check and ensure that the personal files, the formats to be included in it, joining forms etc prepared by the team are in place using a standard checklist.
Coordinate recruitment activities for any manager level recruitments.
Conduct HR sessions as a part of the induction for all the staff level new recruits to cover the HR policies.
Coordinate for Manager level inductions by making sure HODS give the required time for induction.
Ensure apprentices are taken from various locations across the country; provide the necessary support to ensure that they clear the exam.
Ensure on-the-job training is taken care of well for all apprentices.
Ensure the selected apprentices are placed in various departments after coordination with them.
