We are hiring Qualified PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) with 1-3 Years of experience.

Job Description:

• Responsible developing clinical pharmacy programs according to policies and regulation
• Reviewing records of patients to determine the appropriateness of medication therapy.
• Evaluating patients condition to ensure all issues are being treated.
• Develop effective medication plans that minimize the risk of adverse side-effects.
• Consult on dosages, medication substances etc.
• Advise on the correct administration of drugs.
• Assess the results of pharmaceutical treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Responsible for narcotic drug policy as per law including administration record.
• Responsible for antibiotic & prophylactic antibiotic policy and its adherence.
• Responsible for patient education and medication counselling.
• Responsible for promoting rational use of drug.
