Job Description
Job Brief:
We're looking for people with outstanding communication skills who will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients via phone calls and emails, in order to explain our products and services. Attitude, approach, and abilities as well as a keen sense of business would be given more weighting than the individual's academic credentials. Someone who can hold onto a conversation and provide instinctive solutions with problem solving skills.
Stipend: Rs. 12,000 to 15,000 per month
Internship Duration: 3 months
Location: Sector 6, Noida
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out market survey to uncover marketing opportunities and to analyze international & domestic client requirements.
- The use of cold calling, marketing, as well as social media to actively search for prospective sales possibilities.
- Engaging with prospective customers in order to have a better understanding of their requirements and concerns.
- Managing complaints and objections while negotiating or closing transactions.
- Working in a team to get best outcomes.
- Involving internal teams in order to reach best operational resolutions, ensuring speedy delivery and providing quick solutions.
- Must focus on revenue generation, good conversion rate and profit maximization.
- Maintaining contact with potential clients and building connections with them; offering solutions and giving assistance, information and direction; recommending alternatives.
Requirements:
- A strong command over English and an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office
- An eagerness to learn and a passion to convince, and clinch the deal
- Desire to achieve one's personal and professional goals using a method that is centered on the achievement of those goals
- Develop and deliver effective presentations
- Students pursuing BBA or MBA can apply
