Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.
- Well Versed with Technical hiring and Volume hiring
- Having 9 Years-12 Years of work experience into Talent Acquisition
- Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, employee referrals.
- Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to coordinate interviews through various modes.
- Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement and conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates on their ability and competencies to fit the work environment.
- Knowledge in end-to-end recruitment life cycle, understanding requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling, build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Effectively Plan and Conduct High volume Weekend Recruitment Drives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to communications via chat or email
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
- High energy levels and Positive attitude.
- Proactive and self-driven.
- Strong personal ethics and high level of commitment
- Strong decision-making skills
