Job Description

He/She should be able to analyze the available talent pipeline and can plan sourcing strategies
He/She must be good in sourcing especially from linked in and job boards
He/She must be good with X-Ray search
He/She should have good experience in candidate screening based on the requirement
He/She should be able to handle multiple level of assessment process
He/She should be good in data management and should be able to take preventive measures post reviewing data
He/She should be able to manage stakeholders
Who can ensure excellent candidate experience during the entire hiring process
He/She should have experience in technical hiring
He/She should have experience of freelancers hiring ( preferred but not a mandate)
