Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking candidates for the position for US Inbound process. Customer Service through calls. Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at a defined productivity level. Maintain internal & client-level delivery quality on calls.

The candidate will be a part of the Outbound Process and pitch for sales of Vitamin supplements.
2. Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and persuade potential customers.
3. He /She should attract potential customers by answering product questions and suggesting information
about our products and services.
4. Maintains call center database by entering information.
5. He / She will have to achieve his weekly and group targets from time to time.

Education: Minimum 12 th
2. 0.5 1 year of Experience - preferable sales.
3. He / She should possess good communication and selling skills (Main criteria).
4. Team Player and target oriented.
5. Preferable Location - Mumbai Central to Borivali and up to Thane in the Central line.

Job Benefits & Perks

Incentives will also be paid based on the sales targets achieved by the employee.
2. After the employee completes 1 year in the organization, loyalty bonus amounting to Rs. 750 will be
paid every month.
3. Drop will be provided to the employees residential place or up till the transport boundary.
4. Medi-claim Insurance will be provided for the employee, parents, spouse and children.
5. Life insurance and accident insurance will cover the employee only
