We have an urgent opening with our esteemed client. Our client is one of the is in the business of financial services with core expertise in Lending, Insurance and Wealth Advisory and now with  Finserv Health, have even diversified into Healthcare.
Location :Pune  (Vimannagar)
Designation : Team Leader Telesales
Experience : Min 2 yrs in Team Handling of Telesales
Roles && Responsibilities :

• Team Management, Relationship Management
• Lead and motivate the team
• Would have monthly targets
• Efficient communication
• This requirement is for Bajaj Finserv Health which is a 24/7 online doctor consultation app
• The candidate will have to Tie-up with Local Doctors and will have to onboard them for online consultation.
  
• Need to inform about the Bajaj Finserv Health application and online consultation procedure.
• Upload all the details of the doctor in the Bajaj application(Documents, year of exp. etc).
• Would have targets on daily listings.
  
• Closely working in sync with RM team to onboard KOL's.
