for Bangalore location.
Designation: BRANCH Sales Manager-CASA(Sales)
Grade: Manager( On the rolls of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd)
Job Profile:
Managing the Team of acquisition Managers and ensuring Team Targets are met on across products like CASA Numbers, CASA Values, and cross-sell Parameters- LI, GI, Assets, and TD.
Job Role:
Mobilize business for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts.
Drive numbers and value. Recruit and train the team members on regular basis.
Organize various lead generation activities for his/her branch.
One point contact for the Team members in case of any grievance from the customer's side.
Go along with the team members on-call while meeting some important customers.
To have the ability to source high-value accounts resulting in cross-sell of Assets & TFX Business.
Ensure that the team members are properly guided on adherence to the requirements as per the KYC norms as prescribed by RBI and to be checked carefully before forwarding the account opening forms to RPCs for processing.
Job Requirements:
MANDATORY Team Handling experience of MIN 1 YEAR
CASA Knowledge.
Ability To Cross-Sell.
