We are hiring Admin Executive/Senior Executive at Apexon Chennai /Coimbatore

Job description

• Candidate should have background IT /ITES /BPO Organizations or Hotel & Hospitality Industry , Airlines , Cruise lines and allied Hospitality Industry verticals.
• should be able to handle soft services Housekeeping , Security , cafeteria, and allied Services as well
• Candidate should have good technical understanding of all Critical Equipments UPS , HVAC , PAC , Electrical systems ,DG sets , PPM and Maintenance of equipments and conducting facility Shutdowns and willingness and experience to manage soft services as well
• Candidate should have BPO transport background and should have working knowledge with respect to Rostering , Routing
• Good understanding of overall Transport process , Knowledge of Transport Compliance document maintenance and record Keeping Vehicle Compliance documents and Driver Compliance Documents, Process with respect to conducting Vehicle Audits checks
• BE Electrical background would be added advantage
