Detailed Job Description:
Summary: We are looking for a passionate and talented SRE/ DevOps Engineer to focus on building a robust and reliable continuous delivery platform. This is a highly technical, hands-on role that provides exposure to managing infrastructure and applications across data centers and cloud services including the design and implementation of new approaches and tools for continuous delivery.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent in Linux Troubleshooting, Deployment, and complex production issues
- Experience with Deploying, Supporting, and Monitoring new and existing services, platforms, and application stacks
- Experience with scale testing, disaster recovery, and capacity planning
- Knowledge of Software development processes & tools like CI/CD & GIT etc.
- Good Knowledge and experience in infrastructure incidents, Change & problem management.
- Strong communication skills with a track record of working and collaborating with global teams
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting Kubernetes and Docker containers and networks
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement highly scalable distributed systems and shared services infrastructure in a cloud environment using Java, Kotlin, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Monitoring production systems for performance regressions or failures and reacting to them to maximize uptime and quality of service
- Identify and proactively tackle issues that impact developer productivity, such as intermittent failures or performance bottlenecks
