Position : AM / Manager - Talent Acquisition

Location : Andheri (E)

Profile:

Will be heading the Talent Acquisition vertical for all business units.

Needs to design and implement sourcing strategy

Lead employment branding initiatives

Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes.

Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

Team Handling experience will be an added advantage

Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Basic Requirements:

Proven experience as talent acquisition

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding

Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

Excellent communicator

A leader and strategic thinker

Proactive and should be able to work independently.
