Job Description

• 4-7 years in IT Infrastructure Management, Data Centre Operations, Global IT Helpdesk Management, Global IT Procurement, Vendor Management.
• Proven experience in Managing and maintaining the IT Infrastructure services/ equipment and provide support to internal functions.
• Exposure IT Helpdesk Ticketing tool management. Responsible for determining current and future IT infrastructure needs for business and accordingly prepares the budget.
• Ability to provide technical system solutions, determine overall design direction and provide hardware recommendations for complex technical issues.
• Understand, manage external vendor, Identifying Vendors, Negotiating with Vendors, Finalizing Tasks with vendors.
• Periodic PM coordination with Internal Team and Vendor (Invertor, Laptop and Other Assets). Experience in Global Vendor Management would be an added advantage.
• Manage systems support and operations, including escalation and trouble tickets in a timely manner with external and internal customers.
• Knowledge of client-server networking and database management.
• To manage the further development and implementation of current projects.
