About Lekha:
Lekha Wireless is a Technology solutions company providing end-to-end solutions in the areas of Wireless communications for defense and industrial applications. We offer Product Engineering services to our customers in the area of HW and SW design. Lekha has IP portfolio includes reference designs, stacks or algorithms for BS and CPE side of equipment for 3G,4G and 5G that can be licensed to accelerate product development cycles. We provide consultancy for our customers for manufacturing, deploying and sustaining the products.
Lekha is currently expanding the current team for one of our esteemed clients in US. The project includes building Base Stations and Mobile Stations for highly customized dense industrial IOT network which would use features of 4G and 5G communication technology.
Job responsibilities:
Requirements gathering and understanding to prepare software/system requirement specification document.
Determine and define the project scopes and objectives.
Determine the resources needed for the timely and successful execution of the project.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Building strong, motivated and goal driven team.
Communicate clearly about the project plan, status and updates with various stakeholders.
Collaborate and synchronize the various teams like System engineering, Hardware, firmware and Verification teams.
Monitor progress and make improvisations as needed.
Interact with customers for regular updates and product feedback and improvisations.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor/masters in engineering in Electronics and Communications/Telecommunications or related subjects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong management and analytical Skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
Minimum 10 years of experiences, with minimum 3 years of project management experience.
3 to 4 years of wireless Industry experience.
Knowledge of any of the cellular radio standards 2G/3G/CDMA/WiMAX/WCDMA/LTE/5G or Wi-Fi is preferred.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience in Project management tools like Microsoft project.
Understanding or various product testing, quality analysis.
Experience in bug tracking tools like Bugzilla, Jira etc.
Experience in wireless communication domain is preferred.
