RF Design Engineer System-Level Validation & Troubleshooting @ Unistring Tech

Job Description

Job Summary:

To lead end-to-end RF system design validation and troubleshooting for cutting-edge
wireless and defense solutions. This role is perfect for experienced RF engineers ready to take ownership of complete RF subsystems from lab setup to field deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and validate RF system-level specifications aligned with project goals.
Lead testing, debugging, and validation of integrated RF subsystems.
Develop and execute test plans, validation procedures, and technical protocols.
Perform root cause analysis on RF signal issues and performance deviations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and compliance testing.
Create detailed technical documentation: test logs, integration manuals, design reviews, and compliance reports.
Support field trials and optimize system performance under real-world conditions.
Mentor junior engineers and review system setups for standard compliance.
