Job Title/Designation:
Project Manager @ Heritage Foods Ltd, Hyd.
Job Description :
The candidate should effectively handle the HIF (Heritage Innovation Framework) Project by coordinating with all the stakeholders and to ensure that the individual proposals are taken to the logical conclusion in a timely manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
i. To maintain the Project charter of HIF - in coordination with all the relevant internal stakeholders
ii. To organize a work plan of all the proposed projects under HIF in an order of priority
iii. Seamless communication with all the project owners informed of the project status and solicit required inputs to ensure the project moves from one stage to the next
iv. Update the Management team on the status of the proposed projects and intervention needed
v. Review & maintain hygiene of the templated information in the HIF Framework
vi. Schedule and organize Stage Gate Meetings - minute them and follow up.
Experience: 3 Years
Capabilities: Project management, working with Project Management tools; working with large Cross Functional Teams;
Education: MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution.
