Business Development Manager @ Irros Consultants

Job Description

The Role: Build business feeders in the designated territory to achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Admissions to Partner Universities as per the allocated targets.
• Scout & Tie-up with partners in designated territory
• Manage relationship with partners to drive business
• Plan and Execute Regional University Outreach Events in sync with marketing.
• Book, Plan and Conduct College / School Sessions
• Upselling & cross-selling .
• Ensure process compliance and timely reporting.
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
• Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.

• Work Timings:

  • 6-day working week including weekends.
  • Shift timing 10 am to 7 pm

  Location:

  • Jalandhar / Ludhiana / Chandigarh or Ahmedabad (This role requires extensive travelling in the designated territory)

  Other Requirement:

  • Having a Smartphone is a must.

  You have:

  • Bachelors degree with a min of 60%
  • 1-3 years of prior work-ex as a BD in the study abroad domain.
  • Strong network of IELTS Test Prep Coaching providers, Schools and Colleges (Punjab or Gujarat)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to continuously learn about colleges/universities abroad.
  Knowledge of the admission process of at least one of the countries US, UK, or Canada.

         Fixed Salary Plus Incentives upto 3L
