Roles and Responsibilities- (B) Customer support cum Tele-sales Specialist 1) The primary job of a customer service cum Tele-sales representative is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. 2) Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately. 3) Understand customer issues, queries and give proper resolutions.4) Hand on experience in Inbound, outbound, voice and chat process in Tele-sales.5) Along with voice process should be flexible with Chat-Email process6) should have good knowledge of product selling, Customer resolution and issues.7) While selling the product give the proper knowledge of uses of the products8) Minimum 06 months to 3 yeas experience required in Tele-sales e.g, Electronics products, home appliances, 9) Calling New/existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services. 10) Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders.
