Job Description

This role will be responsible for claims assurance and renewal flow of Health Insurance. Analytical articulation of a business or operations problem statement and using data analysis to understand the complexity of the problem and broad contours of potential solution

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role

10 years of experience in business development and partnering of Health Insurance domain
Research on claims assurance and messaging related to the same
Should have built, monitored, and managed the renewal flow
Setting up metrics for measuring functional performance and responsible for tracking its improvement.
Recommending product improvements based on analytical findings. Defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance.
Team Management/ Hiring and Team Development is essential
