2. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

1 Entrusted with a leadership role, the candidate should be able to harness the power of Social Media through strong understanding of social platforms and in-depth knowledge of tools & proprietary databases
2 Ability to conceptualize, plan and implement the annual social media marketing calendar as per the desired business goals with defined KPIs and metrics- to drive effective paid and unpaid promotional campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI
3 Key Responsibilities for social media platform management would include:
Create a bank of daily promotions / messages across all official handles
Marketing event led promotions including live streaming via multiple channels for flagship properties
Amplification of media outreach through relevant social media mix
Daily social media monitoring and reporting; social media dashboard management for decision making and ensuring timely response to followers / customers post collaboration with other cross-functional teams
Support internal social media champions with training, content pegs etc

4 Candidate to display a collaborative mindset and approach while working with various cross-functional teams such as business teams, internal marketing teams, media relations, internal communications, marketing agencies, member services team, external business teams, programme partners to drive a series of social media initiatives

5 Should display the ability to curate, edit and optimize content for digital channels covering the following:
Video scripts
Infographics
Posts
Contests
Polls etc
6 Candidate to have an analytical bent of mind to track, analyse content as well as be accountable for channel level performance; provide actionable insights to optimize the same and achieve the desired business and marketing objectives basis the annual plans

7 Aptitude to quickly learn, be flexible and ability to stay on top of latest industry trends and evaluate new channel developments to ensure optimal impact of social media campaigns

8 Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day social media advert management, performance and delivery

9 Candidate to ensure regular monitoring of the digital space and maintain positive online reputation for the companys brand and products

10 Project Management skills to adhere to budgets, schedules and overall marketing outreach plan is a must
11 Candidate should have the ability to integrate CRM systems with Social Media channels for seamless flow and query management.
12 Hands on working knowledge and expertise on Social Listening and ORM tools is a must.
