Profile- Customer Service Representative
Location: Sector 20, Gurgaon
Experience: 1 - 3 yrs
Qualification: Minimum 10 + 2 / Graduate
Salary: Based on work-ex / previous CTC
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries across all communication channels (Emails, Calls, WhatsApp, ).
Keep up to date with offered products and provide accurate answers to questions related to product features, pricing, and availability.
Work closely with internal departments to meet customers' needs and resolve complicated issues.
Help resolve product returns and replacement requests.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback / reviews and provide suggestions to improve CSAT.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Good typing skills / speed.
Familiar with MS Office / Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
Basic understanding of e-commerce websites and platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) and how they work.
Ability to understand and quickly learn new tools / software.
