Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruitment Executive
Job Summary: Aone HR Services is seeking a highly motivated HR Recruitment Executive to join our team. The HR Recruitment Executive will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced environment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for our clients
- Conduct candidate sourcing activities, including job postings, resume searches, and networking
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers
- Coordinate and manage the interview process with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or HR consulting firm
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
