#Position : Senior / Assistant Engineer - Structural

#Experience : 5 - 10 Years

#Qualification : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical

#Location : Karnataka

#Notice Period : Immediate/ Serving

Please Note : Candidates with Industrial experience are preferable(Should be working on contractors' side)

Key Responsibilities

1. Preparation of Fabrication Yard layout.

2. To ensure proper power distribution / cable network.

3. To ensure arrangement of Area lighting for night shift or extended shift work.

4. To ensure arrangement of fire extinguishers, sand bucket etc.

5. Preparation of Method statement for submission to Safety department for JSA preparation.

6. Conducting daily Tool Box Talk.

7. Obtaining Daily work permit.

8. Taking Safety round in morning.

9. Receipt of Approved Shop Drawings from document controller.

10. Making fabrication plan suite to Erection sequence and clients priority.

11. Coordination for Unloading of Material at designated place, including proper staking as per grade.

12. Identify and Issue Raw material to contractors.

13. Preparation of Cutting plan based on Shop Drawings.

14. Checking of Fit-up done by contractor w.r.t. approved shop drawings and getting approval from PMC / client.

15. Clearance for Final Welding after final fit-up and checking of weld preparation.

16. Inspection and Testing of welding joints as per approved QAP and clearance for blasting /painting.

17. Reconciliation of Material.

18. Maintaining of Checklists as approved QAP.

19. Coordination for shifting of fabricated material to Sand Blasting / Paining yard.

20. In process inspection of surface preparation / Painting and maintaining checklist.

21. Updation of finished fabricated structure to erection engineer.
