Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Cross-selling different products
• Keeping accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
• Scaling the teams to newer goals
• Leading, managing and motivating teams to grow sales
• Understanding PNL requirements and balancing multiple metrics on a large scale.
• Developing relevant processes to make sure the portfolio scales up sustainably.
• Focus on automating redundant tasks continuously.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the technology industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, technology)
• Familiarity with the company's products and services
• Experience in working on product-related features
