Job Description

  • Operations Coordination (including Flight Movement coordination) with ATC, APT handling Agency, Crew, Passenger Coordinator, Operator Ops Coordinator
  • Crew Stay & Travel arrangements, Food, Lodging, Laundry etc
  • Follow up with Operators, Vendors, Hotels, Travel Companies, Clients
  • Admin Overall admin coordination to facilitate smooth functioning of the office, stationaries, food and beverages, security cameras, air-conditioning, office furniture, equipment etc
  • HR Functions Recruitment, Onboarding process, fulfilling new joining formalities, maintaining files for each employee, handling the exit formalities including Full & Final Settlement, issuing offer/appointment/relieving/experience letters etc. Implementing the HR policies across all locations
