Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Hands on experience on Write/Review complex SQL & & PLSQL Code
• Have exposure of managing and implementing complex Collections integration project
• Prior working experience in Finnone(or similar applications) Collections is mandatory

1. Should have strong knowledge of Collection system (Finn one collection) and well versed with collection process

2. Strong knowledge in entire loan cycle especially post delinquency Settlement foreclosure Payment reconciliation and Appropriations

3. Strong experience in Gathering requirements Designing and developing tailored solutions based on business requirements.

4. Manage Collection Application for the company, Its integration with complex business processes hosted

on various business applications e.g. LMS, Data Lake.

5. Have Managed and well versed with Collection concepts like Dialler management, Settlement, Repossession, Legal etc. for collection system and process

6. Manage Mobile Collection Application for the FOS working for Hero FinCorp

7. Have handled system Audit process related of application security, Big 4 auditors and internal Audits

8. Have good knowledge of SQL application to provide adhoc requirements on data requested

9. Develop Project plan, monitor and control tasks during project execution for its completion within budget,

schedule and Scope.

10. Drive requirement elicitation process by understanding the current process flow, comparison with the new

business flow, understand design constraints and propose solution.

11. Frequent communication to project / application stakeholders

12. Track all applications incidents, create problem tickets on Jira and track the vendor for closure of problem

tickets within agreed SLA
