Attending Site Walk-ins, giving project details.
Closures of deals & generating of revenue.
Attending Exhibitions (BANM, CBRE etc.) & Society Events.
Helping subordinates & team members for closure of deals When required.
Assisting clients with property sales and development.
Analyzing market trends to determine competitive market prices.
Revenue generation: Achieving sales target and sales of the Companys Projects.
Follow up leads, contact existing and new client, conduct effective meetings and close deals.
Prepare sales reports and execute presentations.
Manage customer service: Streamline the systems and procedures internally to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Identification of new channel partners and reinforcement of old partnerships.
Complete documentation used in sales operations/procedures.
Maintaining i.e. all data related to leads along with synopsis.
Handling Incoming & Outgoing Calls for New enquiries, Status of the Projects
Follow-up with the New & Existing Clients.
Co-ordination with Site Executives for Clients visits at sites.
Job Description of Sourcing Manager:
Empaneled with Channel Partners to contribute the major revenue for the company.
Market analysis and working closely with Channel Partners for better business deals.
Timely feedback to the senior management on effectiveness of the marketing strategies and Customer feedback.
Handling sales queries and customer feedback/complaints for effective sales and services
Generation of lead bank from the existing set of customers from Channel partners.
minimum 4 to 5 yrs. of experience in sourcing
Should have worked closely with ICPs for lead generation and generating walk-ins
He should know how to manage the telle callers and how to get the work done from them.
he should be maintaining the healthy relationship with our exsisting CPs
He should know how to activate new CPs and provide the best of the service to them in terms of anything they require from us.
