Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordination and regular follow up with 3 PL ,FC

Daily tracking of transaction with timely closure and in case of variance highlight it to Concern teamParticipate in delivering the shipment/pickup as per operational requirement when required.
Effective planning and execution.Adhering & Supporting the team into seamless Adoption of new polices & process.Tracking undelivered consignments and identify the reason for non-deliveryPrepare and share Day End / Weekly and Monthly performance reports.Regular follow up with zonal and central team on appointment slots for seller returnsAlign the team towards common and shared objectivesCoordination with the Zonal teams and vendor on the reconciliation.Good alignment in understanding and operationalizing interstate transport solutions with tax compliance.

Role will be on 11 months contract period.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should be graduate

Desired knowledge and experience in logistics operations

Should be strong in stakeholder management and strong in analytically.

Preferred candidate should be from Chennai location.
