- Coordinating with client/Vendor for invoice related queries.
- Prepare Aging file and Allocation file.
- Maintaining productive trackers for all invoices activity on a daily basis.
- Checking Verification of bills, supporting documents, relevant approvals.
- Managing all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
- Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Should be familiar with E-mail.
- Should be familiar with Microsoft excel & GST.
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills
- Data Driven approach.
- Time management skills are imperative to success.
- High level of customer service orientation required.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Knowledge of GST, TDS.
- SAP & Tally Knowledge would be an addition.
