Senior Manager Finance & Accounts
Qualification: Graduate/MBA
Experience: 10 Yrs to 20 Yrs
Salary: Negotiable
Job Location: North India
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for key activities related to fund accounting and management of the funds from a controllership perspective - such as overseeing and reviewing fund accounting deliverables from external fund administrators including but not limited to: valuations, performance, management fee and carried interest calculations, investor capital balances and financial statements associated with the funds reporting close periods.
Compliance & Audit:
Ensure full compliance with applicable statutory laws and regulatory frameworks including GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, etc.
Coordinate with external and internal auditors to facilitate statutory, tax, and internal audits.
Oversee the timely and accurate filing of tax returns and financial documents.
Accounting Operations:
Supervise and manage the end-to-end accounting process, including general ledger maintenance, accounts receivable/payable, reconciliations, inventory accounting, and fixed asset management.
Should be able to do ledger scrutiny and provide observations to team and escalate pending issues to Management.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
Assure monitor daily cash flows and working capital requirements.
Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow projections.
