Role Overview The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be the key driver of MNCXXXX's technology vision, leading the development of a robust, scalable, and AI-powered platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Python, microservices architecture, and AWS infrastructure to ensure seamless platform performance and innovation. As a member of the executive team, the CTO will align technology strategies with business goals, fostering innovation and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the company's technology roadmap to support business growth and innovation. Lead the evolution of MNCXXXX's AI-powered platform to ensure cutting-edge capabilities. Promote a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. Technology Development And Execution Oversee the design and implementation of scalable microservices architecture. Drive AI/ML integrations and ensure high-performance algorithm development. Manage AWS-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. - Implement best practices in Python programming, software development, and cloud operations.- Ensure data privacy, security compliance, and system robustness. Team Leadership Recruit, mentor, and manage a world-class engineering and technology team. Foster collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with business needs. Innovation And Stakeholder Engagement Stay updated on emerging technologies, especially in AI, cloud computing, and talent development. Serve as a technology advisor to the CEO and the board. Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to address complex technical challenges and deliver outstanding solutions. Qualifications And Experience 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with expertise in AI-driven platforms and SaaS environments. Extensive experience with Python, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud platforms (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.). Proven track record of designing and scaling highly available, fault-tolerant systems. Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of data privacy, security standards, and compliance. Key Skills And Attributes Visionary leadership with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.
