Software Quality Assurance Lead Job in @ Mifm Operations

Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Software Quality Assurance Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products through effective testing strategies and leadership. Role: Software Tester Experience: 3 - 4 yrs Location: Chennai Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts based on both functional and non-functional requirements. Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with development teams to understand product specifications and provide insights during design and development for better testability. Conduct regression testing to confirm that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency. Generate test summary reports and offer insights on software quality and readiness for release. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in software testing, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficient with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, LoadRunner). Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in QA (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE). Experience in performance testing and security testing.
